Global | Press release - Firm | August 2022
Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright will relocate its Hamburg office to the state-of-the-art Springer Quartier, one of Hamburg's most historically significant and prestigious properties.
The Springer Quartier development consists of a 14-storey high-rise building as well as an adjacent building complex. It comprises 60,000 square metres gross floor space as well as a three-storey underground car park and includes an attractive mix of offices, retail, restaurants and apartments.
The new premises underscore Norton Rose Fulbright's real estate focus on effective client service delivery, internal collaboration, learning and development and optimising social cohesion between its people. The new office space is more open, dynamic and inclusive with enhanced tech.
The Hamburg office move is the first of many projects where Norton Rose Fulbright is delivering on a new innovative workspace strategy across its Europe, Middle East and Asia offices, the cornerstone of which is enabling people to work at their best while also offering an environment that fosters flexibility, collaboration, choice and innovation.
"We are very excited about our move to these new premises, which represent a working environment for us that is much more than a traditional office. The office reflects our changing workplace strategy and the creation of ‘destination offices’. We want a dynamic and adaptable space for our people and our clients where they can focus, collaborate and socialize and the “Springer Quartier” enables this,” Patrick Narr, Head of Hamburg explains.
Dr. Stefan Feuerriegel, Head of Germany, adds: "The move is also an expression of the growth and positive development of our German practice in recent years. We are committed to provide first-class services and facilities to our clients while continuing to transform and grow our business for our people."
Norton Rose Fulbright in Germany provides a full range of legal services to national and international clients, including corporations, financial institutions and private equity firms, as well as German small and medium-sized businesses.
